First weigh in since I started, eliminated 2.5% of my body weight. Estimating ideal weight to be at 180, but I'm a larger frame 5'9" male so I don't know what's truly ideal. Maybe I should go by BMI, but I don't know what the ideal is for that, either...

Forgot to weigh in before the work-out... So I lifted weights at the gym, sweated profusely as is common for me, took a shower, and then weighed in. Down 7 lbs from last week, but how much is due to sweating? Don't want to record the weight if it's artificially low. Maybe will log it tomorrow before my cardio workout.

Starting my strength training routine today (again). Monday, Wednesday, Friday, full body workouts, followed by two scoops of whey protein.
