A year has past since I have last been on. As you can see focus is something I need to work on. Well, just this past friday I turned 25! However, not sure the body looks 25 nor feels 25 either.

For about five weeks now I have been going to the gym roughly four times a week doing a condensed version of the p90x (with a group) I have lost about 3% body fat and a couple inches off my body all around. Unfortunately, since my birthday I have just been eating and relaxing and feel all that hard work has been lost. So here I am trying this site again to make me more focused on what I am eating and how much I am exercising. Since telling myself to watch what I am eat is not working :(

Also some another good reason to get back into shape..my boyfriend asked my parents permission to marry...now just waiting on the proposal. Yes, keeping secrets from me is a hard task. Although I am sure I will be surprised when he does actually ask me...that is when he ever does. Note to self, work on patience :)

Today, off to work for about five hours then gym..try to work in some cardio before group class.
