I'm 23, I work full time and go to nursing school full time. I'm not overweight but I've always been a little chubby. I'm really trying to loose weight, mostly belly fat, for this summer. I'm tired of having to worry so much about how I look in my clothes! The South Beach Diet is the first diet I've really tried.

Water mix-ins
I don't really like the taste of plain water so I normally add the Crystal Light packs to my bottled water. They are sugar free and don't appear to have anything in them. I assume these are okay to use. Does anyone know any reason NOT to use these?

Real Results??
In the South Beach Diet book it says you will lose 8-13 pounds in the first two weeks. I'm wondering how true this is and what most people have lost in the first two weeks, with or without some cheating. I'm just trying to see what I should expect! Thanks!
