Day 5. I started with Okra, tomatoes, kidney beans and spoonful of rice for breakfast. Told you, I do not eat the normal way. Had my water and today, I opted for light exercise since I had two children to watch (ages 4 and 2) all day yesterday. For lunch, I will have the Betty Crocker Salad I prepared yesterday (with olives and tomatoes). This is constantly in my head and I am doing my best.

Went to gym and had family over. Went for a walk in the park. Had more water when I returned. Ate my cake from NY. Must try harder this week!!!!!

Today I went shopping and turned it into an exercise activity. When checked, I walked over 1500 steps (little less than 3/4 mile). I am proud.
I drank my required water.
