I am a retired special education teacher of fifteen years and hospital administrator (volunteer and community services) 22 years. During this time, it is difficult to maintain a good weight and go to the gym regularly (due to the virus). I would have gone on a vacation two times by now, but I am sedentary. I am not happy. Update: it is now October 2022 and I returned to work last year. They asked me to come back, and I said "yes". As it turns out, I am still at the same weight when I left in 2020.
