Worked Today in Heat. Couldn't go to gym due to schedule, but work is strenuous enough. Very Tired. Couldn't eat all scheduled meals because I forgot some at home and had nothing healthy around.

Today I couldn't go to the gym but that's ok. We planted 3 large trees, 2 rose bushes, 2 canna lillies, & much ground cover. So much work & sweating for the day, that I lost 2 pounds :) Ate my 4 mini meals with no snacks in between. Drank lots of water to stay hydrated in the heat. Always think of wine or margaritas, but right now getting to my goal weight & staying there is more important. :)

Diet Went fine today. Did 45 min Spin Class in AM. In PM got to busy working, but was heavy lifting, etc. Tempted for wine :)
Not really tempted for any other foods..

Officially started diet Today, May 15th. Was out of town and couldn't focus to start.
Didn't do cardio today, but did massive cardio & workout yesterday, and worked physically hard today. Was tired throughout the day. Ate second meal a little late, which probably is what made me so tired.
Overall was fine. My mind was tempted to not complete the diet, wondering if I will succeed within the 3 weeks.
