Wow! Recording all this stuff is making me realize just how bad my eating has been. It's also become a kind of game. I'm aiming to get my daily RDI under 100. At least RDI, fat, and carbs are down and protein is up from yesterday's.
I can already tell one of my biggest hills is going to be relearning to not snack so much or at least find much healthier/low cal/filling snacks.

Ok not really sure what to say but let's have a go at it anyways! :)
Hoping to get to a decent size for the summer and for my up-coming college years. Not really sure if this is going to work but I sure hope so. The last time I did something like this I lost about 40lbs. I then maintained for about 2 years, give or take 10lbs, but I still have around 80lbs more to lose.
