Had my go to lunch today. 8oz of Turkey breast, 2 slices seedless rye bread, some horseradish sauce (1.5 TBSP). 57 protein, 29 carbs, 7.5 fat. Should be good until tonight's dinner after I work out for an hour.

Had 2 tuna tacos for lunch and a margarita. To make up for it, instead of a burger I had 8oz of chicken thighs grilled on the bbq, and a1/2 cup of baked french fries. Only 65% my RDI. Need to kick this up a bit.

Had my go to breakfast this am. 1 cup of frozen sweet peppers, 6 slices of diced canadian bacon, 2 cuos of diced potabello mushroooms 1 slice of sharp cheddar and a cup of egg whites with 2 thomas’ whole wheqtq muffins, 18% fat 42% protein and 38 carbs. A massive amount of Low low fat food that powers me through the day. Only 15 grams of fat!

Had my annual physical today with my doc.My A-1 C was 5.2, my fasting glucose was 88, and the doc decided that I didn’t need my diabetes medication anymore. I guess that’s what happens when you lose 56 pounds. He was really interested in how I got to where I am now and where I was going and what I’ve done in order to make this successful. I was in tears after speaking to the doc as it seemed as if I finally turned the corner. Great day today
