I achieved my goal weight last summer, but because of the difficulties I had with my knee injure that I’ve fallen of the wagon by almost 30lb no less. So I am here to not only achieve weight loss but also a healthy lifestyle.

Looking for Jogging Buddy
Sugar and treats are definitely a temptation for me too. It helps that I remove myself from temptation, if you don’t have to look at it hopefully you won’t eat it. Another rule is not to deny myself completely: if I am still thinking about after more than 4 hours, I let myself have some. It normally works for me.

Looking for Jogging Buddy
Yeah, coolrunner all the way. I love the website. C25K is how I got started last year. So I am starting all over again. It's great once you get into the habit. But man, is it hard to get there. I will need all the support I can get. Thanks!

Looking for Jogging Buddy
Are there any joggers out there? I’ve restarted my C25K program and am on week four right now. I use to jog 5 miles a day but my knees gave out on me. So I am taking it slow this time round.

Is my body getting use to it
Wow, you are definitely exercising a lot. I use to run about 50 minutes (5 miles) in the morning and ended up hurting my knee. So I am taking it easy right now. I don’t think Pilates will put as much of a strain on your body, but you may consider cutting back on some of the running to make time for Pilates.
