Well, here I am again...no weight loss this week...but now gain either. Guess that is because I cheated one night and ate Chinese and then my husband made his wonderful spaghetti...but it's back on track now. I so want to lose 11.5 lbs. by March 31st!!!!

Well here I am 5 weeks into this diet experience and I've lost 9.5lbs. so anious to see 179...been a while since I've seen the 70s!! I am also trying to get to 170 by March 31. OK....diet buddy we gotta keep going toward that mark!
Don't know why I can't get over a pound a week but slow and steady wins the race here I guess. Watched the game last night and only had coffee and a Weight Watchers little cake.

I feel terrible. I've been working at this for a month and this is the first day I have been starving ALL day!! I feel like I blew it tonight and I feel terrible!! Just two evenings ago I felt so good, so much thinner and proud of myself. What a difference 48 hours can make!!

Well, at least this week there was a drop....better than last week when there was nothing. I have set a goal and want to be at 170 by March 31. A buddy and I have issued each other a challenge. Here is to drinking my water and getting some exercise. Wish us good luck!
