Well I finally broke that 220lbs barrier so I'm really happy about that. I'm getting so close to my goal. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm back on the Military Diet. It's been working pretty good for me. Now if I could just stop screwing up on the weekends. lol

Well I've been MIA for a while. I fell off the wagon. lol It took a while to get back on. But, here I am. I decided my diet needed a reboot so I'm doing the Military Diet again to see if that will kick start things once again. Details about the Military Diet can be found on Pinterest. And, it does work if you stick with it. My only problem with it was facing peanut butter on toast for the first day in the morning. I don't really like peanut butter. But, I suffered through it. So, wish me luck. I'll need it. lol Have an awesome week.

Well a little disappointed but, at least I'm still winning at losing. Hmmmmm... I'm a big winner at losing at a Casino but, somehow I don't feel good about it when I leave. lol That's why I rarely go there. I wish you all a great weekend.Remember, portion control is your friend.
