I'm down 3 more pounds .Yaaaaaaaaay. I am surprised considering last week I didn't work out but a couple times. It was the last week of school here and my daughter had me running all week on top of working overnight.We bar-b-q'd over the weekend so my diet wasn't as good as it should have been.Hopefully I can get back on track this week.Keep smashing the fat everyone !!!!!

It's day 10.I just got up. i worked last night and it was a long night.I was up from 9 am yesterday morning to 7:30 this morning when I went to bed. Needless to say I was dragging when I came in this morning.I was so hungry but I didn't want to eat before I went to sleep. Thats what got me gaining weight to begin with.My husband thankfully didn't fix anything for me this morning but was wanting to.When he does fix me breakfast I feel obligated to eat it even when I'm not hungry.I did my Billy Blanks ab workout yesterday and I'm planning on doing it again before long today.I did get my measuring tape yesterday and my measurements are:
Bust 36
waiste 30
hips 37
I wish I had gotten the measuring tape before I started this so I could see how many inches I have lost so far.I am planning to have beef kabobs fixed on the grill tonight with some fresh veggies .Yall keep up the good work and smash the fat!!!

well I did my weigh in I lost 8 lbs.I'm happy with that.Just 27 lbs more to go.We have Florida coming up soon and I would like to lose atleast another 7 before then.I need to get a measuring tape so i can keep up with how many inches I have lost instead of the pounds.Keep up the good work everyone. We're all gonna get there .

It's day 8 and I kind of started phase 2 a little early (Sunday) I just had to have something different . I had a small piece of grilled salmon a baked potato and a salad for dinner last night.I have had coffee and water so far today. I've been doing yard work so i haven't had time to eat.I'm not sure what I'm fixing for dinner tonight but it will be something quick.My daughter has been doing fantastic she has been sticking to this diet except for one minor slip where she had 1/2 piece of cake.I'm waiting on her to get home so we can do our walk.Have a great day everyone and keep up the good work.

it's day 6 I had a full nights sleep last night and feel so much better. I'm fixing to go workout with my billy blanks ab bootcamp.Then it's on to housework and laundry.I did slip last night on my diet but not to to bad.My daughter didn't get the rsvp in on time for me to go to the band banquet so My youngest son and I dropped her off for that and him and I went out to eat. I did have a small steak and part of a roll along with my veggies.It's back to all veggies and fruit today.My daughter said she had a small slip as well. she had 1/2 a piece of chocolate cake . For her thats good. Normally she would have eaten the whole piece or more.We're back on track today .Have a great weekend and keep up the good work everyone.
