Feeling good. Sleeped good. Cindy had a meeting so I walked the mall. 6500 steaps 3 miles. In a good mood , ggod vibe buzzung love and graditude. Thats my core today. Thank you God, and you you everyonce else who loves me. I couldnt be me with out you.

Went to the gym and wore my belly buster belt. Feel less bloated and lighter. Sex is back and I its so great to be doing this Cindy.
