Today is the last day of regular eating. I need to take care of my body from now on!! I'm not getting any younger, and my pants aren't getting any bigger!! I know I will feel better once I get disciplined and in control of my health. It is so sad that the one thing I can do something about that is totally up to me, seems so unimportant. however it is very important~!

Why??
1. I need to be healthy for my children.
2. I need to take care of the Lord's temple.
3. I need to feel good about my appearance.
4. I need to feel good about having self control, and working on something that I can be proud of.
5. I need to be attractive to my husband.
6. I need to be able to wear a bathing suit, so that I don't miss out on fun b/c of self pity, or embarrassment.
7. I need to be a good example to my brother, and the children I teach, and to others in America.
8. IT will save me lots of money (on healthcare) in the long run.
9. I will be able to do alot more fun things.
