Feeling ok... week one brought a weight loss of 1.8 lb! Go WW! :-D I've decided that Saturday will be my weigh-in day!

I have a new favorite snack! The aladdin's pita was misted with olive oil (Misto bottles are the greatest), and I added garlic salt, paprika, and garlic powder. With the 4 tbs of hummus - it felt like a really filling snack! I find that I need to make things that have involved preparation, or smaller pieces.. when I'm eating smaller pieces more frequently, I definitely feel a lot more full. The hummus and pita turned into a mini lunch cause I was so full, with the salad and chick'n patty coming a couple hours later. Saturday marks my first full weel - we'll see how it goes!

Day 3 of WW.. its crazy how different the system is! According to my current journal, I have only a few points left (probably because of dinner, lol) already! But I feel full, so thats really good. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself... which is shocking, when I see the amt of calories I'm consuming! Definitely need to focus on taking in enough water and fruits and veggies.
