Just had my 65th birthday this week!
Hate how my body has changed for the worse over these last few years. Nothing I have done seems to reverse my visible aging--crepey skin, abdomen weight gain, more spider veins, hair loss, aches & pains all over.
I don't want to feel "old", so what can I do to keep from hurtling toward disease and death, kicking and screaming? I am smart enough to know I can pro-actively ease toward my later life, but I need other people's "smart" to help me learn how to do it.
