I'm starting this diet so that I can feel better and be healthier. I don't feel so great lately and it's no wonder why. I don't want to get full flow diabetes and I'm going to if I don't lose weight. I also would like to start dating and for that to happen, I want to feel healthy and confident. I want to be healthy for my daughter, too.
But most of all, I want to become healthy for me.
