yay!!! The weight I gained came off. One thing that I'm doing that I really enjoy is a show called "Shimmy" on Fit TV. It is a belly dancing workout show and it is fun and the inches are rolling off!

WHAT! I worked out soo much this week. Ok. Granted I went to the Marine Corp Ball and ate a steak and all of those potatoes and that big chocolate cake, but I exercised my butt off. I mean literally, I dropped so many inches this week and to have GAINED 2 POUNDS!!!!! I am a little disappointed, OH THEY WILL COME OFF NEXT WEEK!

Doing good! I just cut all of my hair off....AGAIN! This time, it's part of my "economic stimulus plan" also so that I can spend more time and focus on getting myself healthy and not the hours a week, not to mention money that I spend on my hair. It's just hair....it will grow back. In the meantime, my focus is on me and getting my body HEALTHY

OK.....I'm starting over....AGAIN. You this "battle of the bulge" is something that I am so determined to conquer. And it's not so that I can look like a star. I don't want people to feel sorry for me and start handing me a sandwich because of being so small, I just want to be able to run with my husband who is a Marine. I want to be able to exercise and not feel like I'm about to die. I hate exercising, I love junk food, yet I continue to tell myself that I love exercising (as I'm on the couch watching television) and that I hate junk food (as a big bowl of ice cream is in my hand as I'm on the couch watching television). I do feel discouraged, but grinding through is part of my nature. I'm going to do this!

I ain't weighed in FOREVER! Now, I'm back on the rocker. Well this is a new phase of my life. Sometimes new beginnings are easier when you start off new with everything. The last season was very stressful and I went though a lot (the weigh gain is evidence), but I am thankful for what I've been though because now I'm stronger and wiser.
I've moved into a bigger house....well not that big, but I do have an extra room that I can afford to have a little of exercise equipment (next to the desk and computer......my 15 room house is coming). I have a Gazelle, ab lounge and my old Soloflex that I got at a yard sale for $100 and a bun and thigh rocker I got at the goodwill for $10. I almost have a full gym. THat's really exciting. But I look forward to being my own "Biggest Loser." I should have a video log....lol
