BB Saat Ini : 49,9 Kg = 50 Kg
Target Awal : 48 Kg
Target Akhir : 45 Kg



* Senin ~ Jumat
- Pagi/Siang/Sore = Jagung Rebus + Air Mineral + Susu Skim (No Gula / No Lemak) + Vitacimin 1 atau 2 tablet + Jus Sirsak / Pepaya / Mangga
- Malam = Jagung Rebus + Air Mineral + Cemilan

* Sabtu (JOGGING!!!)
- Pagi/Siang/Sore = Susu Skim + Air Mineral + Cemilan / Puasa
- Malam = Bebas + Air Mineral

* Minggu
- Pagi/Siang/Sore = Susu Skim + Air Mineral + Cemilan / Puasa
- Malam = Bebas + Air Mineral



Note :
~ MAKAN NASI HANYA BOLEH 3X DALAM SEMINGGU (di hari senin,rabu,jumat)
~ Porsi Nasi Putih = 1/2 !!!
~ Jangan Lupa Makan SAYUR BENING (Bening bayam / Sop)
~ Hindari GORENGAN , kalau ngiler cukup 1 saja !
~ Kalau makan pagi bubur ayam + 2 tusuk ati ayam , malamnya jangan makan lagi
~ Lari2 di tempat maksimal 30 Menit , optimalnya sampai berkeringat ( di hari senin,rabu,jumat)
~ Timbang BB 1X Seminggu
