I have been battling a head cold and taking cold tablets. I am not sick, just uncomfortable with full sinuses. Although I have kept my calorie count down and carbs in moderation, I haven't lost a pound in 2 or more weeks. This is so depressing!!!!

The weekend is almost over. I have to make low carb through one more day and then the weigh-in on Monday afternoon. I sure wish we weighed in in the morning, it would make Mondays much more enjoyable. As it is, I don't like to eat much before I weigh because the weight of the food is still in my stomach.
That probably doesn't make any sense to you, but that is how I see it. I weigh first thing at home and by weigh-in time, I am weighing about 3 lbs more than my morning weight.

Everything is going as planned! I have kept my carbs low and I am liking it. I guess I could be a little more active, but today seems to be a couch potato day.

Everything is going well. I just need to make it through the weekend. Weekends are a big downfall for me. I am getting really bad about cooking. I have been the cook now for this family for 56 years. It was always great to go out and have someone else do the cooking. With this corona virus going around we don't go out nearly as often as we used to. There are a few places we feel safe to go to that wear masks and make everyone set 6 feet apart but they are not just up the street. Our favorite is 40 miles away.
