Can't find my phentermine prescription. I'm not sure how much it really works anyways since I continue to fluctuate around 183 when I take them. I've tried the easy route several times and gotten out of it only what I've put in. Now it is time to finally do it the hard way. Atkins and exercise. No excuses.

9am Frosted flakes & 2% milk
12noon special k almond and honey protein meal bar
3:30 Tuna sandwich (sarah lee 45 calorie bread, miracle whip light, tuna in water)
6:30 Slimfast strawberry shake
3 bottles (60 ounces ) water

I plan to have popcorn and 2 more bottles of water before bed.
I feel good about today. When I was hungry, I made good choices. I feel like I could do this every day. As long as I have good choices on hand and can have a little something ( that actually tastes good)whenever I get hungry. The water helped too. I'm concerned that the exercise isn't rigorous enough to make a difference. I modified some of the exercises and paused a couple of times, but for the most part I did the whole video, which tells me it really wasn't that hard. But I know if I push myself to do something harder I will quit because I can't do it. I'm not going to weigh myself for at least 2 weeks because I don't want to get discouraged too fast. After two weeks even if the results aren't what I want, hopefully I will have started forming a habit so I will stay with the routine anyway. I also know that I can't take the weekends totally off from the diet. This has ruined my efforts in the past. I will give myself more leniency on the weekend if I go out, but my meals at home will be my normal weight loss foods.
