I went on a no carb diet about 7 yrs ago, lost 60lbs and have maintained at around 220-225. lower than my H.S. grad weight. I am trying to give up a diabetic drug and still control glucose levels, but miss the carbs sometimes. I do eat a lot of green veggies and lower fat meats. my cholesterol dropped 50 pts after switching from cheerios to eggs for breakfast. I suffer from agent orange and have heart problems, neuropathy, & diabetes.
