Is it reasonable to expect it to take up to months to loose on Atkins?
I am going back to induction with nuts to see where I went wrong. I hope this will get me back on track.

Thank you everyone for your input. It is very helpful to get so many ideas and opinions. Good luck to everyone.
Basically I am understanding that not loosing for so long really should not be a stall or plateau so I need to make changes instead of waiting it out. That is one of the things I really wanted to know.
I know enough about Atkins to know that it IS healthy long term and that any diet that is focused on loosing weight will not be "as healthy and rounded" and the maintenance version.
I have read (and reread) and book and been on the Atkins site which are both great sources of info.
And the potato and popcorn (just for info) were not meant to be "on plan" I just put them on my log because that was what I ate that day. A one time deal.

I am not loosing am following Atkins very carefully and watching my calorie intake (so not overdoing anything)
around 1500 calories per day.
It is now 2 months that I have not lost ANY weight. Even gained for a little while.
I have read about whooshes but ususally only after not loosing for a couple of weeks.
I lost 10 pounds on induction in 2 weeks then just stopped loosing even before leaving induction. I have tweeked so many things,(ie cut out ASweetners, cut back cheese, cut out peanut butter, cut out processed meat, cook mostly all whole foods...) I wonder if I need to be patient or do something different. I would think that I would loose weight for no other reason that cutting out all sweets and starches and lowering calories.
