I've been stuck at a plateau and the few pounds I'm putting on and taking off seem to be water weight. I've also started working out and lifting weights again. I don't know when the scale will move down again. I've decided to stop obsessing about it but recent pics of me clearly show I need to lose more. I usually give up after the three month mark of whatever I do, and now that I realize that and with the power of the oil I'm more determined than ever now. I've not put in my weight because last two weigh ins had me at 135. I didn't want to see the chart go up - but I've decided to be honest with you all and myself. I've increased my oil and am taking flax capsules now too. I'm still indulging in a little of emotional eating. I'm do recognize where it's coming from.

I seem to have a slowing down of weight loss. I imagine it's because I don't have a whole lot to lose. Also, I started jogging and working out a little again. My body could be holding on to water for a few weeks. It's not a plateau until you've been at the same weight for 4 weeks. I am not going to get discouraged. I'm happy to report I've held my loss of 133. It's an all time low for me and I've fluctuated up and down a little, but am sticking at the 133.4 lbs as a low. This is good news and means my set point has been changed and needs another change to drop some more. I know by next weigh in I'll be down more.
The wonderful thing about fat secret is that it seems like soooo much time has gone by and I'm stuck at a weight, but indeed, I only started this less than 3 months ago and have already lost 12 pounds. That's a lot in a little time. Better results than I've ever seen before on any nutritional plan I've tried. I've been able to stay true to the oil and my eating habits have really held true. I can get a little off track, but compared to before the oil it's nothing. Also, I'm able to get on the right track faster than ever before!!!! I'd say that pre-oil I was probably a 60% good / 40% bad eater. Today with oil I'm 85% good / 15% bad and that's huge! I love this! Shangrila is awesome
