Age: 68 mother of 3, Grandmother to 11, GreatGrandmother to 4. On a medical leave right now, had knee replacement surgery, I need to lose weight. I feel down some steps and fractured my left knee. Before that I was walking, working out and going to the Gym. I have a job but have been off work for months now. I hope to get back to my routine and reduce my weight .
