i looked at a picture of me my freshman year which was like in 2003-2004 and i started to cry. i hate how i've gained so much. i dont think its been anymore depressing for me. i used to be this loving outgoing person and now im scared to even hang out with old friends, i dont like meeting new people. i am determined to do this. i wont let myself cry like that over my weight, ever again, unless its a good thing. I want a better, healthier me and i wont stop until i get there.
god give me the strength to keep going.
