weekend was a bust!! Back on schedual and will lose the weight and more. Tenelle says that i must be 187 by monday or i run two miles after class soooooo...... i guess i better i get on my a game!! Love ya lady!!

Week two: Doing very well, starting to get the hang of this weight traing thing and dlearning how to change up my foods to stay with in the realm of what is essental to my body at what times. I talked to Tenelle who told me i would probably have to get down to around 145!! That seems like its is going to be extremely small, but we will see!! My body is looking and performing better on the new diet!

Today is day 2 of my eating for teh fitness competition!! I have to say my mind is pumped and ready! I have been talking to Tenelle a lot and she as given me good incite on what to focus on. Mainly stickin to 1500 calories and extreme cardio!!

Wooo hoo!! I think i found my new passion!! Running i freakin love it, i can do all day twice a day! It is so relaxing just turn on teh music sweat and go!!! It aso has had a fantastic effect on my body!! higher butt and a smaller waist!! looking for my theighs to tone up!! I would love runners legs!! and a flat stomach!!
