just made a meal plan for this week. I have managed to do more activity last week. I am feeling more positive today than I was last week. hope I am on a winning streak now.

well I just got back from swimming. and I really enjoyed it! I have missed it so much. I have already booked my next swimming session. the ring and ride service made it a possibility for me. I am feeling refreshed although tired, but happy tired. I am in lots of pain now though :(

as you can see I have not been logging on and keeping a record. however I have made a change in my life which will affect the whole family. I have consciously kept myself occupied so that I don't comfort eat.

I have been reviewing my eating habits and I notice that I have a large proportion of carbohydrates in my diet. I have been advised to reduce this as I am not active enough.

any tips - apart from the usual fruit and veg and exercise - would be appreciated.
