Well so far so good, the wii fit (I don't have a regular scale) told me i lost 1.8 lbs today! I had a little set back last night but I think I just needed to get it out of my system and now i'm ready to look towards my goal!

I haven't really been dieting much lately and stress has caused me to put on a few pounds since I was on here last year. It's time to make a change, my ultimate goal is to lose about 20 lbs, maybe less, by my cruise next year (I leave on Dec 11, 2011) so I definitely have awhile. My short term goal right now is to lose 5 lbs by Halloween. I know it's going to take a lot in only 3 weeks to do it but my self esteem has been horrible lately and I have a costume party to go to.

Well less than 2 weeks until I leave for disney, it will either be a great thing for my diet or it will be horrible. I'm definitely looking forward to a week of lots of walking and drinking lots of water, but I'm worried about the amount of food i'll eat. I'm packing my own food for the 12+ hour drive there so I won't eat when we stop at any fast food places, hopefully that will help!

Has anyone ever gone on thisiswhyyourefat.com? I highly reccommend it when your having food cravings and you know that you shouldn't eat at that moment. It is a total gross out and will make you forget you're even hungry, or at least it works that way for me. Don't worry about going on the website though its completely safe to look at with other people around, everything on there i believe is food served in restaurants.

Wow its been awhile since i've been on here, I've let my diet kind of take a back seat to other things that have been going on. My boyfriends mother has now informed me that we will be taking a family vacation to Disney on June 6th. I would love to be able to put on a bikini and lay out at one of the 7 pools in our hotel... yes I said 7. So tomorrow morning I will do my first weigh in. I lost my job so I will definitely not have trouble finding time to exercise. I've also been regularly drinking several carbonated beverages, mostly mountain dew, the worst, on a daily basis. That definitely has to stop.
