It's unexpected to see such a discussion here, but it's interesting. I'm reading a lot of literature on finance and nutrition right now because I want to know more about it. Right now I'm reading Food and the Brain. Very good stuff.

Hi, good to see you here. I'm not much of a cook myself, except for something simple and quick in time. How's that working out for you? Look for healthy recipes that have lots of greens, avocado, and meat (if that's what you like). It will be great.

When to Weigh
I try not to weigh myself at all, as it is usually stressful for me. If I need to know my weight, I do it in the morning before breakfast. You also have to remember that weight is both water and muscle and fat, and it may not be accurate by a few kilograms.

12 easy ways to loose weight with minimum effort
Such simple rules, but I realized that these are the ones we break. For example, many people forbid themselves to eat different foods and then overeat. If I want a chocolate bar, I eat a small piece, not the whole thing. This is normal. If I forbid myself chocolate, I can eat it all at once.
