omg today i feel great im making a cheese cake for my hunny and im going to try and not eat but a small piece so i dont completely mess up my day i have to find some time to work out today but i didnt workout yesterday but i am going to the gym in the morning but that doesnt excuse me for today

Im going to the gym with my sisters bf today i hope to get in a great workout and then maybe a good dinner in with my hunny just gotta figure out what im having

Ok people i feel like crap today due to crappy female stuff (nuf said) and i need a lil inspiration to exercise. now i know it will actually make me feel better to exercise and sort of get my juices flowing and heart pumping and muscles all warmed up but the problem is getting my in pain butt up and doing it! I want to do it and i know it will help just the doing it part is kinda fuzzy under all the pain this morning. i wanna exercise because i felt fantastic afterwards yesterday and i wanna feel great today but mother nature isa driving force and she doesnt like making ppl feel good sometimes. I gotta go find a midol and go do my aerobics training ill feel better im sure of it!
Well i did it!I exercised after all i exercised and did feel better than when i started and now im glad i did and i even did it longer than yesterday and even walked from stores to store this afternoon which are not right next door to each other by the way but they werent terribly far apart either but the point is i didnt drive yay me

ok well the aerobic dance certainly kicked my butt and i am so out of shape i could only do about ten mintes of it this morning but i am going to give it another try this evening i hope to at least make it through the video. lol my legs are shaky and i know thats from lack of doing this kind of exercise. i used to do this all the time i just got out of it when i had more to do than the hours in a day. i should have never given it up but i did enjoy doing it this morning i just need to work up the stamina i used to have. although i do feel much better after i did that this morning i will definately do it again this evening and then take a hot shower again! but overall i feel great and cant wait until i get through the entire video i one session. Im pouring sweat after only ten minutes i can only imagine what the whole half hour will do I cant wait!

i think im a little confused i have subtracted 500 from my rdi twice and i still get nowhere near my daily caloric intake am i doing something wrong?
