Today is Wednesday, January 25th and I am back on track, focued, and committed to my healthy eating/ lifestyle path because it's a lifetime commitment, not a 'quick fix '! I ate a 100 calorie toasted bagelthin, 1 oz. 70 calorie goat cheese with a delicious cup of Godiva carmel flavored coffee with a cinnamon stick and 2 tbsp. Of fat free 1/2&1/2 . I love fatsecret.com. What an awesome site that keeps you in check with every option! I know this is just an added plus for my continuing quest. I would like to add that I went from weighing 190 lbs. to 137 lbs. over 2 1/2 years. Losing weight slowly is the only way to be a success story. At my highest weight of recent was 142 lbs. I have not weighed myself recently, I think I am around 139 lbs. My ultimate goal is to weigh between 135 to 137 lbs. It is realistic for my 5' 4" height, baby boomer age lol!, and my small to medium frame. I am wearing clothing in size 6 and size 8! To me that's awesome!

Today is Monday, 1/23/12. I was aware and concious of my food intake. I ate 3 balanced meals consisting of 4 oz. Baked yam with 1 tsp. Marg, 8 oz chicken some skin, 1tsp. Bbq sauce, 1 cup fresh pineapple and 7 grain roll 1tbsp. Butter. Three cups coffee splash 1/2&1/2 .u

Today is Sunday, January 21, 2012. I was a bit sloppy with my eating this week. Today starts a new week, a new day, and most importanty, a new attitude! I plan to be back on my eating healthy, in moderation plan, and write all my food in my food diary. Today is going to be a cleansing day for me consisting of: water, coffee with ff half&half, fruit, and boiled eggs. *I am only going to weigh myself approximately 1x every 10 days. I am going to continue to be a horse with blinders reaching my goal weight/size one day at a time.
