Yes!!!! I made it through another day successfully. Not only did I workout twice today, I didn't give into temptation at Bunko tonight. Just stuck to my pears and carrots for my snack and ate before I left. Yeah!!!! 20 more to go by June.

Okay second week into February and it's time to step it up. Exercise is needed and your body needs you to PUMP it UP!! Today was hard...I ate and ate and didn't feel full. But I didn't drink my water until evening. Tomorrows a new day and the H2O experiment is in full swing.

I so wanted to throw the towel in and go back to the old me. Why? Instant gradification has gotten you to obese. Feeling better in your clothes and looking better in the mirror lasts forever. Come girl...stick with it. You'll be glad you have.
