Hi everyone! My name is Kenny and my 2017 goal is to get swoll! I am lifting, running, and doing abs 4 times a week. I am eating cleaner and with fatsecret, I will be tracking my daily caloric intake.
I have been a runner since high school and in the last year, I have been hitting the gym at least 3 times a week. I have been skinny all my life. I want to gain weight and sustain a lean but toned body.
