Worked at google and because of so much free food I gained around 30 pounds. the promotions, without raises or better benefits, led me to restart smoking for a 1 year period. I quit smoking for many years prior to this job, but everyone was smoking, so I did a pack every 3 days. Time for a true change.
I used to be into yoga, group exercises at some nice YMCA facilities, and was addicted to fitness instead of this. That was 7 years ago. I am in the Bay Area and used to hike a LOT around the south bay, will start that again.
I am guess I should start calorie tracking and light exercise at first. Any ideas?
