Keep on truckin'. Just went out and bought size 18 pants for the first time in years just to find some of them are loose the very next week. First world problems, I know.

Another pound gone. There was some high stress happening this past week, so 1 lb was expected. I also didn't religously fast 18:6.
Today I had a small piece of carrot cake, and will be having 3 cups of popped theatre popcorn. Let's see what that does next week.
Now that the weather is getting warmer, activities outside will increase to help with the fat burning.

This week was a bit of a stumper. Thursday the scale hopped up about 4 pounds - the day after I weighed in officially. Seriously!? I didn't think too much of it, as it usually goes up a couple, then back down by Monday. But this was harsh! I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary, although I've had a bit less sleep due to a crazy schedule. I also didn't IF a full 18 hours every workday...more like 17 one day, 16.5 the next, 17.5 the day after that.
At least I'm still showing down. I'll take it.

Keto and IF lifestyle continues to impress me. It's crazy to think that for the past 5 months I have been steadily losing. Imagine what the next 5 months will look like.
This week my hubby and I found keto buns and we could finally enjoy tuna sandwiches again. We also found keto donuts that tastes just like cake donuts.
I'm still struggling with tummy cramping; last night was a doozy. Thinking on it now, I think I really need to ensure I have enough magnesium. I find when I get complacent, I end up getting "backed up" which explains the cramping.
Other than the issue above, Keto and IF have been fantastic. No complaints here.

Got a little sloppy with the diet this week. All Keto, but higher than 20 carbs almost daily. I’ve learned that maltitol does not affect my weight loss - whew. I don’t want to test the gods though.
