Doing well on the keto lifestyle. Haven't been fasting as much as I usually do, and the keto treats are throwing me off my game a bit, but the scale and measuring tape indicate it's all still working for me.
Over the next couple of weeks, this lifestyle will be tested as I go out to the field to train end users on a system and processes that I am still learning myself. The added stress of the field looking to me for answers on something I'm still unsure of myself may cause the weight loss to slow down, but high carb days are not an option. I might use this as an opportunity to fast in a more focused way for longer.

After a slow trickle weight loss over the past few weeks, my whoosh came in. Yippeeee! Next mini goal is 75lb weight loss.

I’ve been fasting less and spreading out meals throughout the day a bit more. Once my work deadline pressures subside, I’ll be back at it, but for now, this is what my body needs.

Still losing, albeit slowly. It could be a few factors; my body is getting really used to this lifestyle, I'm heading for a whoosh, or there are hidden carbs in what I'm eating. I haven't been tracking lately because I eat the same foods most of the time but I may have to pick up monitoring again. Regardless, I'm heading towards a new size within the next couple of weeks. Just when I revamped my wardrobe.

A little slower drop over the past 3 weeks, but it's picking up again. Instead of my monthly popcorn fest, I opted for a celebration dinner at the Red Lobster with my hubby, which included the biscuits and a sweet drink. Then it was back to full on keto. My body didn't really react poorly so I think it's safe to say I'm fully keto/fat adapted.
The next phase is to focus on physical activity. I will start building my fitness plan this week.
