So it's been years of trying to figure out the best way to combat my self-image issues and I am finally in a place where I feel as though I am disciplined enough to stay the course with both my eating and my exercise. I haven't weighed myself in years (the scale was beginning to discourage me so I threw it away lol) so I really have no idea how much I weigh anymore and I don't really wanna find out until I see visual results or I risk getting discouraged again.

In the meantime, I took my dog running yesterday and it was great! The biggest challenge will be keeping myself interested in working out and so I have to find creative ways to get the job done or I'll get bored. It's all bout finding the best plan for YOU -- everybody is different and no one should expect you to follow a plan somebody else came up with. Don't really have a choice anymore...My wedding day is coming up so it's now or never to get my body back. ;)
