c25k week 6 day 2. 2 10 minute runs with a 3 minute walk between. did the runs at 4.0. total distance, 2.12 miles, 35 minutes. go me!
also did a 40 minute workout on the gold's gym dance workout for wii.

yesterday, c25k w 6 day 1. 2.06 miles, 35 minutes. then 15 more minutes, for .89 miles.

golds gym dance workout, 25ish minutes, this morning
treadmill, various walk/jogs, around 40 minutes and 2.0 miles tonight.
unfortunately, i yet again nicked the edge of the emergency tag and sent it flying (which, as i've pointed out, does NOT stop the treadmill so much as it just clears the display) - and since i keep my towel over the display... tonights time/distance isn't perfectly accurate. but i know its close, because i know what time i started, and around how far i'd gone when i hit the tag.
still...grr.

Not sure if I should thank my son, or just stare at him.
Have gone back to my planning my meals the night before, eating on a schedule, lower calories than recommended (because i usually end up staying up far later than planned, and therefore having another "snack meal" late)... what was working for me in the beginning... plan. However, my precious gorgeous amazing baby who won't eat a single damned healthy item if i put it on his plate (i blame that completely on his father, who gives him pop tarts after i put down a plate of fruit and veggies... and who introduced him to the wide world of deep fried fast food the second he got his teeth...) ... has decided he must have exactly half of everything that is on MY plate. (and honestly, i don't mind, but now he's in this "chew on a bite of mom's food, spit it out, chew on another bite" routine... ugh! the mushed grapes i found on the floor yesterday!) meaning, the chobani and blueberries i spent the whole day looking forward to... i got maybe 1/2 of. (cause that stuff he actually swallows.) now i must wait until next month to have it again... cause chobani is a rare treat around this house.
oh well, i still have dannon. =)

c25k week 5, day 3. (20 minute jog, 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down.) total distance, 1.80 miles. more importantly, i made it! =)
also, did 20 minutes of gold's gym dance workout.
