I am sooooo discouraged. I've gained most if not all of my weight back. (I had lost 50 lbs) Fast food still my downfall. I am close to no I am in tears about this. I know what to do but find myself unable to do it.
No discipline, don't want to hurt, don't want to be uncomfortable. Yet I expect it from others. Please, Father, help me.

I am still struggling to lose the weight. My biggest problem seems to be fast food. I am on the go so much and often times I have unexpected things that come up so it forces me to eat on the run (fast food). I do not like salads to begin with and salads from a fast food joint even less. I must change my mindset on that, and I also must learn to plan ahead better. Taking lunch AND dinner with me every day (even if I eat the take with me at home) is a better deal.
I am thinking to make short term goals, so I reach them sooner, thereby being more encouraged. So my first short term goal is 10 pounds, not 50 pounds. After I reach 10 pound goal, I will reach of another 10 lbs. Maybe that way, it won't seem so overwhelming.
One pound a week is my goal. So by September 1, I expect to be at least 8 pounds lighter. :-)

I've gained 10 lbs in 30 days. What is that all about. I don't understand how I can gain so fast and lose so slowly. So discouraging.
Today I am putting forth an effort to be more consistent. This is a life style change, not a temporary one. So...
I saw this quote which I will be using to keep myself on track:
"DISCIPLINE is just choosing between what you want now and what you want most."
Since I've given away all my "fat" clothes, I HAVE to lose weight!!!
