Good Morning! I stumbled on this site by looking for nutritional value for foods eaten to log on my fitbit food journal. Wow! Looks like this might be just what ive been looking for because i saw the challenges page and was like.... "where do i sign up?" lol. So i did. Since my husband loves me just the way i am (which is wonderful) its kinda hard to push myself. Ive put on about 20 pounds over the past year and i can hardly fit into even my "fat. Jeans!" I work nights so it can be a challenge just being on a regular routine, but i have to do it. So, im going to check out the challenges and join one. I cant wait to get started.

Sounds like a good jump start to a healthier way of eating. I blend and juice alot, but still eat all the "bad stuff" in between. I am looking forward to being accountable to others to help me cut down or cut out those foods that are making me feel like yuck all the time. What do they say... You are what you eat. lol. I am really starting to feel that way. Have a great day :)
