I'm 21 years old and have never really struggled with my weight, I've always been slightly on the pudgy side of average, but it's never been cause for concern. I recently moved back to Canada from France, and after eating so much cheese and bread, I decided to do a bit of a cleanse: I have been vegan gluten free for three months now and have so far lost 20 lbs, the diet just felt good, so I decided to stick with it.
