I'm 54 5'5" and have been trying to lose the weight all my life. Currently doing WW and haven't done very well. I keep losing and gaining. Just ran a 5k and did pretty good. Seen the pics of me and can't believe I look like that. Want to lose this weight so bad. Going to need all the help I can get.
