how to remove rice from diet?
Ever tried Cauliflower "Rice" ? In a Food processor, pulse 1/2 large cauliflower (per 2 Servings), trimmed of the stem, until the florets break down and resembles rice.
In a skillet heat some extra virgin olive or coconut oil and fry the "rice" 2-4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Serve. (No processor ? Grate them...)
You can of course add some chopped onions, garlic or what ever you like to the skillet. Just make sure it will be done at the same time as the "rice", othervise start before adding the "rice". You can also boil or steam the "rice" about the same time. Enjoy !
P.S. You can also make the cauliflower into a very tasty "Potato Gratin", just make it the same way you would do a real potato gratin...
