I was surprised to see that I weighed 68.8 kilos today. It's like last week my body held all the weight and this week I am just losing them:-)
Yesterday I made lots of things from weight training to running. It was really something. I was very tired but I got my award weighing 68.8 kilos. I feel very tired today though so no sports today. Maybe walking slowly near the beach a little just to move. That's all:-)
Three positive things about me: I am determined with my WW program
I am not feeling moody these days
I started to like the image that I see in the mirror although I have to continue following my diet.

Finally Finally Here I am making the victory dance! I weigh 69.9 kilos :-))
Ok I don't care if it's 69.9 What I care is taht I saw the number 6 on the scale:-))))))))))))
Instead of 80 or 70.
Because before discovering Fatsecret I have been on a diet,too. My heighest weight was 88 kilos. That was very bad. I was feeling very bad. I went on a holiday and then I started swimming I started to check what I was eating, a little bit diet, then not on a diet. Finally I was 80.
Then I decided to take real action and started WW and sports but not everyday. Until I found Fatsecret. Finding FS was a relief because there are lots of people here who share the smae problems and we actually understand eachother.
I am really tired of my skinny friends who think like eating one piece of bread make them gain tons of weight. When I was a slim person I was not like that. I used to eat normally, I used to make lots of sports.
But these people are fighting with their food. That makes me tired.
Ok I weigh 69.9. That's reallyyy realllyyy good.
I have 3 positive things to tell about myself:
I am determined to lose weight, I am determined to start over, I am not a person who fights with her food and think like eating one piece of bread make you gain 5 kilos:-))
