Hey everyone, well it has been a little awhile. Last Wednesday morning I got up to workout like I always did but when I stepped down out the bed a pain shot up my left leg. My arch was falling. It was from not having the proper sneakers when walking or working out & sometimes I would not wear any any shoes when I worked out. So I was on crutches for a couple of days, But before that I was just hoping around. Finally Monday my foot was feeling better. I couldn't put all weight on it but enough so that I didn't need those crutches. It was a funny sight to see a round 5'2'' midget hoping around on crutches. Anyways, Tuesday night I went & got so good cross trainers with extra arch support. This was the first morning I worked out since last week. It felt great. I actually missed not being able to workout. I must confess I was a little bad on my eating. I had in a week span 4 slices of veggie pizza on thin crust, a taco salad from taco bell, & one minature kit kat for my chocolate fix. Everyone else around me was eating burger king or mc donalds & other fast food crap. The night they went to burger king I asked my hubby to take me to taco bell so I could get a salad. So all in all I don't think I did to bad. I haven't weighed in yet. I'm a little scared to see what it says. I am going to wait intill next week. So how has everyone been? I will talk to you later. Hey everyone, Well I am doing good. I am sore due to changing my workout routine. I am doing the Slim in 6 due to lack of money to go to a gym still. It's a good program. When I did it the first time I got it I lost 30 pounds in less than 2 months. I am hoping for at least half the weight loss. I am doing resistance training now. I forgot on Monday when I started the program to make sure that I am at least in taking 1100-1200 calories. I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry. It dawned on me this morning. I feel much better now that I have increased my calories. I have been walking 2 miles every evening with my kids & hubby. I am feeling great. I am noticing how loose my clothes are on me. I still haven't been able to get into what I called my fat jeans yet but I am getting there. I am down another shirt size thou. When I started 2 months ago I was wearing a 4x in mens & now I am down to a 2x & it is pretty baggy. I can't wait to be out of the 240's. It seems as thou it is taking forever. I am noticing that the pilates are paying off. I wish everyone much success. Let's keep winning this battle over weight. Have a great day.
