This was 1st thing in AM a la natural.
Been doing well for me.
Walked this morning and getting ready to do yardwork.

Ok! Ready for this adventure.
1st off let me make this clear.
I AM THE WALRUS!
Michelle has been packing my meals for work and I am doing relatively well.
This AM: 1 cup diced canteloupe/1 cup Chobani Mango yogurt
2 cus coffee w/ cream & Splenda
3 servings of crow (joke)
LUNCH: 1 prepared salad w/artichoke hearts
1 pint ZERO water
I'm sorry I didn't make it to my fitness routine which is not so routine at this time.
Look forward to seeing you all on Monday.
