I used to get by with cutting out food, or only eating really small amounts, and --in some cases-- that still works, but it's unhealthy and I actually need the energy required to get me through the day, which is unsustainable without food.
I started gaining weight, that I have yet to get off, a few years back and every once and awhile I work out enough or eat right to get back down to a weight that I'm okay with, but I injured myself a couple of months ago and I'm unable to exercise the traditional way for now. So I've gained about 7 pounds and I'm really unhappy with myself.
I would like to lose 15 pounds, but I haven't been that tiny since college, so, I'm just going to hope for 10 and take it from there. But I'm really really really bad at filling stuff like this in.
