I'm a baker and cafe owner in Sydney with my husband. I have 2 sons - 23 and 26. The youngest helps manage day to day whilst studying for his own career - - pilot and 26yr old married - graduated uni with high distinctions and waiting on last stage of visa process to move to US. I love my job but of course i need to taste taste taste - ok maybe not so much tasting. I've been on the diet rollercoaster for over 30 years and hope to get off soon and get on the maintenance merry-go-round instead. I've decided this time to try the slow pace following a low GI menu, not obsessing if i feel like a treat and enjoy the foods i eat.
