I think I have hit a plateau. Also I can't weigh myself any more. So I don't know how I'm going to finish the challenges.

Weigh-in: 172.0 lb

lost so far: 13.0 lb

still to go: 17.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

I tried to exercise outside, but it is COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That makes it too hard. Oh well thank the Lord for OnDemand!

I have been sick, sick, sick. I have maybe been eating 1000 calories a day and sleeping all the time. So this week I have failed miserably but will get right back to it once I feel better.

Weigh-in: 172.0 lb

lost so far: 13.0 lb

still to go: 17.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I lost my job! I have an interview today so hopefully I get a new job. I really hope this doesn't throw me off track. I'm a emotional eater.

I hurt my back in a bad way and was not able to eat cause of the pain for a couple days. So i'm sure this weight will come right back. But I am going to do basic working out until I can fully eat again. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
